Additional notes on Margin:

I strongly recommend everyone NOT using margin. But should you itchy and decide to consider, do know brokerages like TD or IB might increase the margin requirements anytime w/o notice. A recent example is GameStop when they increase requirements to 100%.

So if you wanna buy on margin, make sure you have the spare cash readily to top up as and when needed.
